Beware!! Overcharges in fees
I paid more in fees than I paid for my actual compound medication. $89 for the initial doctor consultation. $39 a month subscription fee. $59 a month for a medication renewal fee and then a $34.95 a month fee for a delivery fee even though the website states free delivery. After everything was said and done my $80 compounded medication was a little over $244.00 . Then it comes from some pharmacy called Jungle Jims. I looked it up online and it’s part of an international market that offers grocery items and food demonstrations and “lots of fun and attractions for the whole family”. When I contacted customer service about this, I had to email them and it took me three days to get a response. I immediately cancelled my subscription. Will be using a more reputable company.

I’m a 55 y.o
I’m a 55 y.o. female. I started perimenopause right after my daughter was born when I was 42. I never had hot flashes or night sweats, I’ve always slept well. It wasn’t until the extreme weight gain and the brain fog that I started looking into HRT. I am currently prescribed estradiol mist, estradiol vaginal cream which I don’t use and progesterone. I’ve been taking prescribed meds for about a month with very little change. I do have a little more energy. I will keep taking in hopes that the meds just need more time to work with my body.

The doctor didn't thoroughly read my file and prescribed me medication that was not appropriate for someone who has had a hysterectomy.

You also have unlimited messaging with your doctor for any concerns! I want to return and get a refund
I want to return and get a refund. I've only used it 3 times with the paper clip underneath. And then that didn't work. If you don't refund me, I will let others know.

Absolutely horrible communication
Absolutely horrible communication. Send me a wrong cream, I notified immediately asking to correct the error but was sent the wrong prescription anyway waist of $90. Can’t return it. All the communication is done with bots so be prepared to be frustrated. Will order through another company. Glad I have options.

Nothing has changed
Nothing has changed. I spent a lot of money $251.00, and I would expect to see some improvement. I’m very disappointed.
