I had just started my journey of no periods in January, I had noticed some changes to my skin and hair (dry and itchy skin) & that I was so tired all the time. Brain fog is so frustrating! I went looking for a "help" with an ease into perimenopause and have found it with Alloy. I tried b12 shots NAD IV drips, nothing was working for me. For the cost of the consultation and the medication that is prescribed by a physician who responds and gives updates to you directly. I feel like this program has value and has tremendously improved my life. Night sweats are gone and I have much better cognitive function. Probably from better nights rest. I feel more confident going into Menopause with assistance from HRT. I would give it a try. I started feeling "better" more like myself after about 2 weeks. I am on the patch and the pills.
