Well i do feel a little lighter
Well i do feel a little lighter, but just a little i'm not sleeping any better, and i even started magnesium cream at night :(. i seem to have more energy though. I did have the flu in the beginning and still didn’t miss my days though. My retinal is to strong i’m peeling after once application. i haven’t used it again. thank you

I wanted estriol creme not a retinoid. you prescribed and charged me for both. I guess I should have looked at the invoice more clearly. The time lapse between request and actual order caused me to not inspect it closely. live and learn. the estriol cream is great though

The applicator
The only thing I dislike is the applicator it’s hard to use and clean.

Thank you for your feedback - we wish we could improve this for you! It's an applicator that the manufacturer includes and is not something Alloy is able to adjust. So sorry about that!

I think when we are ordering…
I think when we are ordering prescriptions from you, you should send them to our pharmacy where our insurance actually pays for it. Huge problem , To pay out of pocket.

Not sure you asked enough questions for the fee connected to a doctors consultation I switched to the patch and it’s 1/2 the dosage I started on.

My body, not so much, but you guys did great
You guys did great. Fast response, no hassle, customer service oriented. But not getting the results I need yet from the Estradiol pill. Will be getting labs done in a few weeks that will help me sort out what to do.

I liked how quickly I received a response after filling out the online evaluation, but the brief response from the prescribing doctor didn't address my questions. I did follow up a second time and got more information. This service is good if you know what you want/need and a good option for women who do not have health insurance. If you have health insurance coverage for the Rx, the cost may be less through your insurance.
