I messaged my doctor on December 22nd, a few days after I started the patch due to severe swelling and irritation. It is now January 1st and I have not received a reply from her. Yes there have been some weekend / holidays, but there were also 4 1/2 business days during which I should have received a reply. Alloy represents it will take up to 48 business hours to hear back. I did receive a message it was due to the holidays and high volume; however, I feel Alloy should be prepared for that ahead of time and hire for appropriate fill in dates for situations like that.

Within 3 weeks of no results of feeling better, I emailed my doctor and asked to up my medication but she said that the estrogen primary indication is for hot flashes and night sweats! and that increaseing my progesterone could help! With my research, I understand that estrogen helps more then just night sweats and hot flashes!! Was very disappointed with those results! Though you were there to help women in menopause!

I signed up for myalloy on Wednesday, November 8, 2023. I filled out all the forms and paid the fee for a consultation. I was told a doctor would reach out within 24-48 hours. Nothing. I sent a follow-up message on November 10, Friday. It is now 8:22 PM on Monday, November 13. Still no correspondence from anyone. I checked my credit card statement. I have been billed (THAT happened right away on the 8th.) I have messaged both the support team AND 'my doctor' again tonight, asking for a response or a refund. This company came highly recommended. I'm adding it to my growing list of disappointments, unless something dramatically changes in the next 24 hours. Update: my doctor reached out. She explained she had been out of town. Understandable, just wish the promise wasn’t made regarding 24-48 hours if it can’t be fulfilled or an automatic message isn’t generated if there will be a delay. Review updated to 2 stars.

We're so sorry about the delay in reply from your doctor! She definitely should have had her out of office reply on but it seems like it wasn't working properly. That said, we do see she has replied so be sure to read those messages and get back to her whenever you're ready.

Given that it's only been a couple of weeks since your treatment started, we encourage you to stick with it as it can take up to six weeks before you reach maximum benefit. If you continue to have uncontrolled symptoms, the doctors can definitely discuss adjusting your treatment!

I really want to support female-owned businesses and think the idea behind the company is great, but I have had a really frustrating experience. The constant back and forth messages that go no where and delays in responses, and the Dr not properly tracking the conversation make it not worth the money or effort. I was speaking to a Dr and she said she would prescribe me a product, but then just disappeared. I reached out a couple times to ask her to complete the Rx, and It was over a week before she responded. And then it’s like she forgot what she said she prescribed me and now we’re starting all over again. Her response was answering a question I didn’t even ask. So now what? I wait another week? When people are suffering with health issues, telehealth communication requires attention and consistency.
