There is supposed to be a way to pause shipments or cancel at any time. There is no way to manage your shipments or pause/ cancel on your own through the website. I emailed them to cancel all future shipments because I feel this is deceptive. They tell you there is a way to do this on your own. We'll see if they cancel and stop auto billing. Update...they did cancel but were unable to cancel or refund current order because it's already being processed. If there were a way to pause shipments under my account/ shipments page online like they say there is, then I would've been able to respond in time to my email saying the current order is about to process. Instead I had to email them and wait for them to receive the email on a regular business day. I'm out $130 for a product that isn't working for me and I can't return.

We're also sorry that you weren't able to locate the ability to pause indefinitely but rest assured it is available to anyone with an active subscription! We work very hard to be transparent with our customers and give them the ability to manage their subscriptions and orders on their own so again we are so sorry it was not as easy to find as intended!

Misrepresenting the product as containing the benefits of vitamin E is deceptive. The vitamin E is synthetic with no skin benefit.
