Very responsive
Very responsive. I love the thorough communication. There is about a 24 hour turnaround when you message your doctor, but it is a consistent time that they respond. So you are not in the wind when you need assistance from general questions to medical.

Highly recommend
Admittedly, I was hesitant and researched Alloy before providing my information but since then I have found Alloy to be extremely professional and the doctors advice to be transparent and trustworthy. I have requested two items, one a prescription, the other a supplement. Both came with detailed information, support, and follow up. I submitted a inquiry to my doctor and she responded in a timely fashion with excellent advice. I highly recommend Alloy!
