I really like the customer service. The products arrived in a timely fashion and were perfectly packed. The doctor always replied quickly. However, the packets of estradiol are hard to work with, unless you are using the entire packet. In my case, one packet of estradiol is too much. My doctor advised using half a packet. It is almost impossible to split a packet into halves or thirds, etc. I would really like to fine tune my dose for personal use and this just is not possible.

Thank you so much for the feedback! We totally understand how this particular product is a bit more difficult to use. We have other types of this RX however, if this is the best method for application, we unfortunately can't make adjustments to that at present. But of course, your doctor is there to help if you want to pick the conversation back up!

This review only pertains to Estriol Face Cream. Initially, it took a very long time to receive it by mail. I wish expedited delivery was available for such a pricy item, but it was not. The cream was left in my hot mailbox for a whole day, which was not ideal. I have been using the cream daily for a little over 2 weeks now and instead of seeing positive results, I see an increase in acne breakouts. Practically every day I have one or two new breakouts. This was not the case prior to starting the cream. Nothing else has changed in my skin care routine or my overall health, diet, and exercise routine. I feel discouraged and question the value of the product.

When I received one of my medications and read the side effects information included, I was surprised. I wish those had been disclosed and discussed to help me make an informed decision. The side effects listed don’t make me confident this is the best choice for me.

I’m giving a rating of 2 stars so far because communication has been unclear and inefficient, and receiving treatment has been slow. Initial intake went well. I ordered the prescribed medication right away. Then two weeks later I got a canned follow up email checking how the medication was working. I hadn’t even received it. So I messaged my provider who checked on it and then told me it got hung up in the pharmacy because of an allergy I listed. They sent me another canned message after that about how I should send shipping inquiries to their customer service department instead. What? The provider didn’t even know I hadn’t received the product and didn’t follow through with any issues until *I* said something. I had no idea there was a shipping problem, only that I hadn’t received anything and I thought it was weird that they’d send me a survey prematurely. Maybe the pharmacy and providers need to improve in house communication? It has now been over three weeks and I’m still waiting for my medication. Just got another canned follow up email asking how things are going. I directly asked the provider about whether the medication contains my allergen. They never answered my question. They just said the medication is on its way. I really hope my allergy was taken seriously. I’m a little apprehensive.

Sorry to say that I am very disappointed with my experience with Alloy. I paid the referral fee of $49 only to find out days later that the doctor assigned to me would not prescribe the patches I requested. I really thought that Alloy was open to helping ALL women acquire HRT treatments. I asked for a second opinion and was ignored. I suggest you think twice before trying this service!

We are so sorry that you did not receive the outcome you were hoping for. Alloy is here for all women but just like going in person to a doctor, and especially in the case of telehealth where we have to be more conservative, there is never any guarantee of treatment. Decisions are made on a case by case basis and not everyone's health history is treatable over telehealth platforms. Again, we know this was frustrating and wish you the very best on your health care journey!

I have used Alloy in the past and found the service to be reliable in communication and shipping. I paid for face cream on June 10th and it never showed up. I reached out to the service desk where I was told I did not have an account, then I was told they found my account but I had no orders. Today after I sent photos of my bank statement and copy of order. It says my item would ship Sept 9th, three months after the order was placed. My sense is that they are operating on a skeleton crew and are not on top of their business. I have as for a cancellation and refund. I have moved on and would not use them again.

Thank you for providing your feedback! Our team covered this via email but to clarify again - The $49 payment on June 10th did occur, but was not for product. This is for a consultation with the doctor. Your last payment for product was March 3rd. Your upcoming shipment was scheduled for Sept 9th and our team provided directions on how to ship that sooner if you were ready. We understand that this has been confusing and we apologize for that! Your subscription remains canceled at this time.
