The inexpensive menopause meds are great. I have utilized other online menopause management companies that were much more expensive. HOWEVER it is difficult that if you need to make adjustments, you have to purchase another 3 mo supply at a time.

I was charged before the product shipped. After it shipped, it took three weeks to arrive. When it finally arrived, the product container had no branding (not like the pretty pictures on the website), but was just a generic white bottle.

We are so sorry your delivery took so long! Standard is 5-7 business days but it seems that USPS maybe took this one on a very indirect route. This is not the experience you should expect going forward as we feel confident it was a one-off error by the mail carrier. Regarding payment, yes this is standard e-commerce process to collect payment just prior to shipping the product. We hope this helps!

Service was great but the side effects of the Estriol were not as far as break outs are concerned. After just 10 days use I had horrible cystic acne and have never had that in my entire life. Was looking forward to the positive results but unfortunately my skin did not tolerate the cream well.

Well, let’s say it sometimes dies exactly what it’s intended to do, but unfortunately not consistently. What it did appear to do, 2 out of 3 times was bring on a migraine. I’m disappointed about that.

The company is decent…although charge quite a lot honestly for generic products. My issue is with the Dotti patches they prescribe. The patches are so inconsistent. I’ve been using them for two years now…and sometimes I get a “stronger batch” and then my next prescription comes in and I’m having hot flashes and migraines…an obvious tell that the patches have not the same amount of Estrogen in them. It’s very frustrating. Every time I get a new batch, I have no idea what’s coming my way which is very anxiety provoking especially with the high cost. I leave extra patches now to cut up and add in case I get a weaker rx. They also shouldn’t ship in non air conditioned vehicles during the summer. Twice I have received ruined patches due to excessive heat during transport. I just wish they would offer a different brand…if you go on drug review sites…Dotti has a lot of bad reviews saying exactly what I’m saying.
