My Order took 3 months to arrive and several emails, calls and a whole lot of hassle to get. I'm happy with the product but GEEZ....that was a total pain!

The face lotion actually made my shin look older, dryer, less elasticity. Really surprised and disappointed. The O cream did not do a thing. Waste of money.

I love what Alloy offers but they need to streamline their offers. They need a better platform and ease for asking for new prescriptions for existing customers. Shipping is also very slow.

Not impressed. Absolutely minimal communication with doctor and that was filled with many very confusing typos and statements that I should not be corresponding with her about product info--although customer service kept communicating with me via the doctor portal. The MD never reached out to follow up. Customer service did not know the manufacturers of the estradiol patches, nor the progesterone pills. Specifically asked for ingredients in progesterone pills and that took several days to get info. I placed my order based on that information. When received the progesterone Rx, the informational insert was from a different manufacturer than the Rx I received--which had dye in it. It took 10 days of back and forth with customer service to rectify the situation. They were very pleasant, just not informed or prepared to answer basic questions.

UPDATE: customer service reached out and kindly addressed the issue and expedited my products. They were very kind and apologetic. I understand it was an oversight and I have since changed my rating. The first part of the process, registering, consult, and treatment plan went perfect. Once they accepted payment for product…that’s where it all went poorly. My order has shown “in-process” for over three days now. Emailed customer support two days ago and nothing…no reply or communication from them. Very disappointing! I will update review if I ever hear from them or get my product.
