Ridiculously expensive
Before I purchased, I went on the AI chat to ask if the prescription included more than one tube of estradiol vaginal cream per 3 months as the price is very expensive. I was told yes. Proceeded with order and it was just one. $120 is highway robbery for that product which can be found for $15-$20. Even with a doctor visit that’s too much because it’s still $120 EVERY 3 months. Ridiculous pricing for a generic product. Canceled immediately and went with another more reasonable provider.

Not a good company.
I have used Alloy for a Prebiotic/Probiotic. The product was fine, but when I was on their site looking at what other products they sell I clicked on what I had previously ordered and it automatically activated my subscription and charged my credit card. When the CS team responded to my immediate complaint they said there was nothing that they could do. I truly believe that this company is just taking advantage of people and wouldn't recommend using any of their services. If you want Tele Health then use Midi or someone else.

I am quite disappointed that I was approved to receive the products
I am quite disappointed that I was approved to receive the products. My team of doctors shared that under no circumstances can I use the products with a cancer history. My history was shared with you. I have requested cancellation and refund and no one has replied to me.

The product in question is local, non-systemic, and users should not experience hormonal side effects, as confirmed by a recent third party clinical study. So while this is an estrogen product, it is not systemically absorbed and safe to use if you have this kind of history. We have sent you an email to assist you further!

The advertisement was very disceiving
The advertisement was very disceiving . Showed 3 tubes of medicine for 92.00. When it arrived was one tube and said 3 month supply and was only one tube . I would have not ordered . Horrible trying to prey on people that need Medicine.

I wanted to love this
I wanted to love this. O mazing cream did nothing and was costly. Save your money. Would not recommend.

Very Dissappointed
The lotion, serum, eye cream all cause terrible irritation to my eyes not matter how I apply it. And from searching the website I don't seem to be able to return the product as promised after trying it. As a result I have discontinued my subscription and will not recommend it to anyone. I have lost $300 I cannot afford for a product that definitely doesn't work.
