After 2+ months on the M4 estriol cream, I'm experiencing breakouts and lots of new pore clogging. It's difficult to know if this cream is helping when there are so many new blemishes. The delivery vehicle of this estriol cream seems not exactly elegant. It's likely the company fails to consider that estrogen-deprived skin might still experience acne. UPDATE: Alloy's reply is unhelpful for me, because "a path forward" would be using another company's estriol product. They do not offer alternative topical estrogen formulations, just the one.

I developed a vaginal infection after 3 uses! I haven't tried the O cream

I was prescribed estrodile and progesterone and spent close to $200 on the package. I went to my Dr to get my bloodwork done before I started taking the meds and found out I did not need estrogen and that I would have messed up my hormones balance by taking it. In my bloodwork I found that it was actually the testosterone that was low. So to be clear I was not in need of what was actually prescribed to me by MyAlloy. Go get your bloodwork done BEFORE getting anything prescribed to you! Also, they do not give any refund one you buy the prescription. Just an FYI. I’m out $200 now🤷‍♀️

This review is regarding my experience with the “Dr” I interacted with, not the product itself. I reached out to ask more questions about HRT, it was about 3 1/2 months after I had done the initial intake paperwork which listed all my symptoms, products I’m using (including one of theirs) etc. Her response to me was that I needed to start over, basically start from scratch like I was a new patient. I thought about it then told her I didn’t see why I needed to do that when it hadn’t been that long and I was in fact using some of their product. She just redirected me to customer service to restart it all. I told her no thank you, that I’ll just keep with what I’m currently using. She did not reply, but deleted our whole conversation, so now when I log in there is nothing, not even info on what I am currently using. I found that to be extremely rude and unprofessional and that alone will keep me from using anymore of their products.

The tretinoin was too strong and every time I Used it my face would peel.

My gut instinct about this company is coming out to be true. Right off the bat they forced by three tubes of a medicine at over $100 so you have no freedom of choice. Then when you start messaging with your doctor, they don’t act like a doctor at all. They actually tell you that if they have to write you a prescription That you’ll be kicked from the alloy club so it’s like they’re threatening you and I really don’t appreciate that. No real doctor would act like that so I don’t think these videos of doctors can be trusted plus I was I never got to actually talk to a doctor about my symptoms. You just filled out a form and multiple choice Chose the symptoms you were experiencing and then they ask you what types of medicine you’re interested in and try to push stuff on you that you don’t wanna buy there’s no way to talk about dosage and of course you can’t return. Any of the medicine should be ineffective or make you feel terrible. I would not recommend alloy. I am very very unhappy.
