Easy effective process.

Love the product excellent service.

I had an issue with the pump on one of my medications, I reached out and let ALLOY know about my issue. They gave me a few things to try to make it work, and when neither worked, they shipped me another one with zero hesitation. ALLOY has fantastic customer service.

I've been using the M4 face cream for 3 weeks now, just a dime-size amount on my face at night. Up until now I didn't see any changes whatsoever and was already planning to cancel the next shipment in a couple of months. This morning I noticed that my skin was perceptibly smoother and my makeup didn't look as cakey. If this is truly a result of the alloy cream, then I'm excited to see if there will be any further improvements to come....

Customer Service solved my problem and were very communicative and timely

I realize that online medicine is the new wave and I have to say I was skeptical about it but surprisingly it is really quite efficient and effective. Completing the health history was similar to my other medical providers, and then I was connected with a provider who listened to me and continues to communicate with me via the messaging system. (I do wonder if AI is participating in this process). Overall, I started my prescriptions and now, I will wait and see if they are effective. So far, I am very happy with this process.
