Alloy has the greatest customer service. When I received my first bottle of M4 serum, the pump wouldn't work. I messaged them and they immediately gave me some options to try. They didn't work and the product started oozing out of the bottom. I let them know and they sent a replacement immediately. I have only been using the serum for a week and it is supposed to take about 12 weeks to see results so I am not there yet. However, it feels nice when applied. I use it in the evening rather than morning. I feel it gives the whole night to sink in without being affected by other products.
