My medication was frozen before I started using it. No one has gotten back to me if it is safe to use. I started using it and now I have a severe reaction. Support reached out but the Dr never reached out. This was updated 1/20/26.

I spent 1,000 dollars and still didn't feel better After taking hrt. I explained to the dr I was having some type of allergic reaction severe itching all over my body and was never offered a refund or another type of medication. I spent $40 on wild yam cream after that and I'm feeling much better!

Alloy advertises that even though they do not take insurance to cover the RX you can EASILY get reimbursed by submitting a claim through your insurance. We use Optum for our RX benefits. Optum is a widely used carrier. Optum denied my claim because Alloy's pharmacy is out of network. I dirched Alloy and went to Midi. Since switching my Rxs have been covered

I was charged without my consent. When the products arrived they were damaged. When I talked to my primary care doctor I should have never been prescribed them in the first place! Super dangerous do not use this service!!
