I rarely make comment online, but I would be withholding the truth if I don't comment on my experience with Myairbags.com. It was a magical experience. Initially I was skeptical but I decided to give it a try. I shipped my Honda Accord 2010 airbag module to them on a Monday from TX, they received it by Wednesday morning and in the afternoon of that day, they already reset it and sent back to me. Once i received and install it on the car, all the airbag lights went off, It worked like magic. I'll recommend this company to anyone a million times, they are efficient, reliable and very timely, they did exactly what they said on their web page However, we must understand that few people may have a not too good experience with this company which is common with all companies, you can't satisfy everyone simply because human wants are insatiable but it doesn't mean they are bad. In fact, if the stars are more, I would tick all. All you need do is get a technician to remove your faulty airbag module, ship it to them with payment and wait for it to arrived back in your mail box, install it and you are done, that's precisely what I did and now they have saved me a lot of money from going to the dealership. I do not recommend the Duluth, Georgia MyAirbags. They lost one of my Driver Information Control Modules. I brought 2 units with name, address, phone number on each, specified that BOTH were to be returned. The one that was returned was in the same exact condition that I brought to them. I "speculate" that nothing was done on the returned one: just checked out as "OK". I wished to see the person in charge and was told it would be an hour as they were "in a meeting". Perhaps the most negative part of this experience was the young lady at the window as the customer entered the store. She does not have the "experience or personality" to fill such a position. I will pass the word whenever possible. Customer Beware!

Within the past month, I had send two ECU for Ford Fusion and they claim to repair it on their website....... long story short, both of them they were unable to repair them..... of course, they over charge for shipping back, but no charge for bench work......... I have not try them with airbags module yet, will try them. and post a review again........ Mels

I had a right front speed sensor failure in my a.b.s. module for my 2005 ford f 150. I sent out my module to myairbags. I took a few weeks to get it back and in installed it into my truck. Scanned the a.b.s. system and now have a micro processor fault that it didn't have when I sent in in originally. I sent it back to them and they wanted to get paid again to recheck the work. They informed me it was now "unrepairable" and I need a new module. Promised a refund but never went thru. What a waste of time and money! Try someone else!

6/27/14 - I removed and priority mailed my 2001 Jimmy ABS Module on a Thursday night - On Monday morning I got an email saying they received. That same afternoon, another email with return shipping info - FedEx with tracking. Received Wednesday and installed. Have driven 4 ignition cycles, over 80 miles with no light. Outstanding - they were prompt, communicated well and so far fixed. I will return in a month with another report, but for now, I am thrilled. Update - 7//27/14 - after a month in service - still thrilled!

The ABS module was determined to be the problem in my 2001 Ford Windstar. A family member ran a scope on it. It was an older one- and could not read all the information like the expensive ones. However, it gave me enough info to research from there. The symptoms it was having made me 99.9% sure it was the ABS module. So I started researching the web for options. I came across MyAirbags on Ebay. Their rating was high and I liked the fact you used the original so there was no issues in having it fit. The removal & installation was done by my nephew, a mechanic. The computer does need to be reset after installation. The minute I started it both the ABS light and the brake light warnings were gone, Would highly recommend this company.

While they eventually fix it, their 24 hour turnaround took 4 days, then when it did arrive back, there was masking tape in the speedometer, so had to send it back to them again. All in all, it took 2 weeks. Also, while some of their customer people are really nice, there is one lady who was really miserable and snotty on the phone.

They repaired my speedometer cluster on my car and did a fantastic job. They did it in less time than they said they would, and everything is working fine now. The cost was quite reasonable, and they were really friendly and provided good customer service. I really felt like I could trust these guys.
