The only reason i gave them one star is because my cluster worked when they sent it back. They say they have a 24hr turn a round (WRONG) it took a week. here is were the cheep part comes in. I paid them $16.00 to ship it back to me priority mail they shipped it back with no postage and i had to pay $8.30 to get my package. I called them and AND SAID YOU OWE ME A REFUND OF $16.00 they credit my account $9.00 (WOW) Now they will probably say it was a processing fee. NOT MY FAULT. So i say keep the $7.00 and lose thousands. I will never do business with this place again.

I just want to commend your company. The turnaround time for the repair was incredible! I have to compliment you on the packaging as well. Our seat belt was guaranteed by the packaging to have nothing happen to it. It was an excellent job of packaging. As for the repair it was done well and is working perfectly. It is nice to find that there still are companies that take pride in their work! I would recommend this company to anyone for repair of their seat belts. I would also not hesitate to use your company again for any other of your offered repairs if I needed them. Once again thank you for your EXCELLENT customer service!

My neighbor was told that she needed a new ABS module for her 2003 BMW, and it would cost her about $1100. When she told me that, I told her about another neighbor's experience with MyAribags, where based on his research, he had found a place in Duluth Georgia that repairs your existing ABS module and provides a lifetime warranty (free repair if ever needed) for $99 +s/h. So a year ago he sent his module to MyAirbags, when he got it back we re-installed it in his 2001 Corvette. It has been working fine ever since then. His dealer wanted $1200 to make the same repair. So we removed the ABS module (EBCM) on the BMW (took 5 minutes) sent it to My Airbags with a check for $117 to cover shipping, got it back a week later, reinstalled it, no computer resetting required, and it worked fine immediately. We save just under $1000 on the BMW repair. These guys know exactly how to fix these modules, such that they work immediately when re-installed. An incredible service and value that they provide !

First off, let me start by saying at heart I’m a total skeptic because there seems to be an abundance of scammers out there, esp when it comes to females and car problems. My 2009 Honda CRV airbag light was on and after getting the codes diagnosed, I was given quotes from various dealerships and repair shops from $960-$1500 to get it fixed, i.e., for me to lay out $$$ for a new SRS unit. As they said, that was my only option. Ya, I don't think so. Since that wasn’t about to happen anytime soon from my wallet and I needed the light fixed so I could get the car a new inspection sticker ASAP, I turned to doing much research online and educating myself. I found that it was maybe not necessary to buy a new unit after all (if you could find a reputable service provider). I decided to check out companies offering the service to clear codes and reset SRS units. Many hours invested into thorough research later including my go-to source, the BBB, MyAirbags came out as a shining star,... supposedly (I was a skeptic). Feeling like my back was against the wall and definitely running out of time, I bit the bullet. My boyfriend is incredible and mechanically inclined (and incredibly mechanically inclined) and removed the unit. After ordering the Airbag Module Reset ($49 + $8 shipping) on a 10.30.16, I shipped the unit the next day in a small USPS flat rate box for $6.80 which also provided me with a tracking # in case I needed that. I received an email from MyAirbags on Wednesday indicating they received my package and another email later that same day informing me the unit had been shipped back to me - already! The email didn’t mention though, if anything was done but I was definitely hoping they did what I paid for. I received the unit Friday, 11.4.16 via USPS priority mail. Saturday my incredible bf installed the unit and let me know when he was ready to start the car up. I was anxiously holding my breath because the last thing I wanted to see was that light staying on after the initial dashboard light up. Well, let’s just say my bf’s ears took the brunt of my joyous relief and enthusiasm after seeing the SRS light not staying on! MyAirbags saved me a minimum of $900! I thank MyAirbags for coming through and so does my incredible boyfriend!

MYAIRBAGS saved me a lot of money. My abs module is only available from the dealer. They repaired my abs module for a fraction of the cost , to replace it. Total turn around time was 7 days, including the time of shipping both ways. I couldn't ask for better service. Thank you very much.
