I've been using Myairbags for many years. I've never had a single issue with their workmanship, or service.

On June 6, 2019 I wrote a scathing review of MyAirbags for what I thought was incomplete workmanship. I was far out of line. Immediately following submitting the review, a representative of the company called me and asked that I return the instrument cluster and they would make it right. There were no additional expenses incurred and they repaired the cluster to function like new. It works perfectly and I am ashamed. Ashamed I had not given them a chance to make it right before writing such a negative review. I sincerely appreciate the ethics MyAirbags has demonstrated and wish to apologize for acting so hastily.

Called before I spent the money on shipping. Described my module in detail. Wasted $47 in overpriced shipping and 4 days downtime. Intake sales staff on intake calls need more training. This is 2nd time this has happened.

First time user. Great service. Received my instrument cluster back for my 98 Ford Mustang good as new. I recommend to anyone.

Fast and Prompt service, however I expected nothing less from this company. The customer service is awesome and answered my questions without any hesitation! The ECU we sent off worked and saved our customer tons of money from having to replace! I will definitely use them in the future.

I've purchased 8 salvage vehicles, all with deployed SRS (airbags and belt pretensioners). In all cases I've sent the deployed equipment to MyAirbags for reloading and resetting of the airbag module. No issues, and they are prompt.

I have a 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 with a Cummins 5.9 Diesel engine. I have been driving around for several years with the ABS and Brake light on. I was told that it would be around 1000.00 to get this problem fixed. In the mean-time, I would have standard non-ABS braking ability. As it turned out, I replaced the rear ABS sensor for a very reasonable charge and I found MYAIRBAGS on-line. It took me a matter of a few minutes to remove my ABS Module and shipped it that same day to MYAIRBAGS. They received my Module the following Monday, and i received it back that week on Thursday. I installed the reset module and my problem was fixed. I am very happy with the work that was done and have recommended MYAIRBAGS to two of my friends with the same issues.
