I was able to use their service, and while it was helpful it turned out that I couldn't use it for a domain I didn't own. I was able to get a refund no problem and their customer service was friendly. Reading these reviews... They'll give you a refund in 30 days, but it's NOT a free trial... Maybe these people didn't read the site... who knows. I've been using MxToolbox for years for their free tools and if I need their services I will DEFINITELY use them.

I have tried to cancel multiple times. I keep calling and emailing and they say no such account exists for me, or the emails just go unanswered. Awful customer experience. I just want to be refunded.

Their advertising is misleading. They claim their is a free trial period...then they immediately billed my credit card for $129. which is their monthly charge for services. I needed help straightening out my email not being delivered to my inbox. I had to stop the credit card because they will not respond in any way to my messages for a refund. They won't even acknowledge I'm pissed!!

This company is a ripoff. Watch your charge card. I signed up for a free trial and within a single day there were 3 charges on my bank card totaling almost $500. You can't talk to anyone. You have to cancel your account online and then they say they will refund your money (eventually). I'm really upset about this.

Why does mxtoolbox host scams on their website? A search in google for uceprotect scam shows many articles talking about the monthly fees charged by uceprotect to be on their claimed "whitelist".
