I was able to use their service
I was able to use their service, and while it was helpful it turned out that I couldn't use it for a domain I didn't own. I was able to get a refund no problem and their customer service was friendly. Reading these reviews... They'll give you a refund in 30 days, but it's NOT a free trial... Maybe these people didn't read the site... who knows. I've been using MxToolbox for years for their free tools and if I need their services I will DEFINITELY use them.

Fantastic Experiences with Mxtoolbox, especially Brian Crawford Mxtoolbox has been fantastic with our…Fa
Mxtoolbox has been fantastic with our company's on and off again email delivery situations. In particular, we have worked with Brian Crawford. He is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and patient which is not always easy considering the stressful feelings that come from clients with email issues. With a careful and analytic approach, he comes up with solutions for the underlying issues. Very, very good!

I use this tool every single day
I use this tool every single day - sometimes more than once a day. It's my GO TO for finding out DNS, Nameservers, MX servers, TXT whatever - it does it all. Their free stuff works great but for a little more money. you can have them help you fix DMARC and SPF/DKIM etc - they're very very good at DNS (better than me? YES) and fixing issues with delivery!
