I moved my email to MXroute some time ago. The service has been exceptionally good from day one, beating everywhere else I've been for many years. Wish I had found MXroute years ago. MXroute has zero tolerance for spam and spammers, a key point in my decision to join it, and is very quick to act against them in order to secure the service and its reputation for legitimate customers. Although I have had no reason to use it, the ticket system for issues is clearly well managed and it is very easy to communicate quickly and directly with someone who can solve your problems. It's probably the most responsive support I've seen anywhere in an online service. I can recommend MXroute without any reservations; something I've rarely said in several decades of work in and experience with IT. Well done MXroute!

The best thing about this company is the owner's commitment to fighting spammers who try to use his service to send the crap that nobody actually wants. When enough spam comes from an email service, that service gets blacklisted, and it become difficult for it to send legitimate emails. Mxroute is relentless in fighting spam, to keep the service as reliable for regular customers as possible. If you find a negative review, keep in mind that it probably came from a spammer who was kicked off the service. My personal experience has been excellent, and I've been a customer since 2022.

Let me be upfront, MxRoute is not for everyone, possibly not even for a lot of people. This is a no frills, cheap and cheerful service, and one that expects a reasonable technical bar from its users. The founder is blunt and arguably confrontational at times (generally to spammers or people taking the Micky), but it's kind of a breath of fresh air. We have personally found the service excellent and while the storage amount is a little small, this speaks more to our budget than anything else. If you've got someone a little bit nerdy/technical and aren't going to spam give it a go, otherwise if you're a little more flush with cash/want more guard rails, probably Google workspace is a better fit.

Like many of their users already stated before, it just works. Yes, that is true, 100% Everything is simple and easy to understand. Might be a bit overwhelming for a total non-technical person but that is OK. That is why they have support system for. Just create a ticket if you are stuck and they will resolve it for you. But anyone with a least amount of prior experience with any kind of hosting panels, this will be a breeze. The value that you are getting out of your money is amazing. I have done my research extensively and honestly could not get a better value for money than this one when it comes to email hosting on your own domains.

Great value and service given for personal use. Reliability and communication has been great, especially the community. I have been subbed and following for the past year. Email deliverability is important, hence the strict policy against cold emails and spams. Do not be surprised that people get banned from the service for sending these type of emails, then post negative reviews. Also be wary of negative reviews posted in the past month as there are ongoing harassment/attack against mxroute from certain forum users.

I was initially nervous about switching providers, but the fantastic pricing convinced me to give it a try—and I’m really glad I did. So far I’ve only needed to raise one support ticket, as the documentation is very clear and helpful. When I did contact support, they responded quickly and helped me resolve my issue the same day. - wasn't their end. Overall, it’s been perfect for my personal requirements and I’m very happy with the service.

I’ve used MXroute's lifetime plan for two years now and it’s been rock solid. If you don't mind getting your hands dirty with the setup, it’s a solid cheap email service. Their docs are great and cover everything you need to know.
