MXrouteReviews of mxroute.com

I've been a customer, off and on, since 2018. In all that time, MXRoute remains one of the most pain-free, reliable email services I've ever used. Emails get delivered, spam hardly ever gets through, and it's frankly ridiculously low-priced. Yes, Jar can be abrasive dealing with people who try to exploit his platform but for the other 99% he is polite, friendly, hard working and professional. There's a reason why MXRoute is the first company recommended whenever anybody asks for a solid email service - they're simply the best.

MXroute is not for the average Gmail user. MXroute is for people who don't want to spam and want their email to be delivered. They have fair pricing and the team behind MXroute is amazing, working day and night to keep the reputation high and ensure email gets delivered.

Fantastic service, great product. Everything you could ask for from and e-mail service provider!

If you're not a spammer, you'll appreciate MXroute. The staff are pedantic about spam (in and out) and use IP's with an excellent reputation. The service is very affordable, and if you know what you are doing you won't need to contact support. In the rare event of issues the staff work tirelessly to resolve things.

MXRoute is run by a passionate team who don't have time for your s**t. They are very clear on what you need to know, and what is allowed/not allowed. I've tried just about every other email service I can find. I always come back to MXRoute. MXRoute aggressively defends their legitimate customers. Bad reviews are 100% people who are upset they couldn't misuse a fantastic service.

Great email hosting for an extremely reasonable price. All emails I send gets delivered and doesn't land in spam boxes. Documentation is relatively good but some areas aren't super clear. As long as you aren't sending mass spam (e.g. unsolicited marketing) or violate their terms, you will absolutely happy with this service. I'm currently buying through a reseller, so can't comment on the customer service.

I’ve been using MXroute for email hosting, and I couldn’t be happier. The support is always helpful, and the owner is super down-to-earth and responsive. Highly recommend if you need reliable email hosting!

MXRoute is a top notch, no-frills email hosting service. Jarland works very hard to keep this service reliable and easy to configure if you know your way around email servers. As long as you do not send out spam or emails that would be considered spam (mass marketing emails), then you will have no issues with this service. I plan on using MXRoute to host my personal email for many years to come
