Blocked After $4,700 Purchase — No Help, Feels Like a Scam
I had a terrible experience with MXLocker, and I feel like I’ve been scammed. I ordered a KYB Factory Kit for $4,700 and went on vacation right after. When I got home, I saw the package was marked as delivered, but it was signed for by someone I don’t know. None of my family members accepted it, and after talking to my neighbors, no one saw anything either. I contacted USPS, and they told me that the package with my tracking number wasn’t even meant for my address and was actually the size of an envelope, not the large package I was expecting. They advised me to reach out to MXLocker directly, which I did. Now here’s the worst part — I haven’t heard anything back from MXLocker in days, and my account has been blocked. I can’t even check my order status or contact them through their platform anymore. This feels incredibly shady, and I’m shocked at how poorly they’ve handled this situation. If you're considering buying from MXLocker, I strongly recommend thinking twice. This whole experience has been nothing short of a nightmare order number #70474
