The support team is absolutely useless. I've been waiting for a response for about 9 days now, but they completely ignore my messages. Instead of addressing issues privately through email or phone calls, they only respond publicly on sites like Trustpilot. This makes no sense and raises serious concerns about how this company operates.

Mass Account Bans and No Support — Extremely Disappointed!
MXLocker banned my account without any explanation. I had money in my account, and now I can’t access it. On top of that, my friend experienced the exact same issue — their account was also banned without any reason. This seems more like a mass account ban rather than an isolated incident.
I’ve been waiting for a response from support for 5 days, but neither I nor my friend have received any explanation. Instead of addressing issues privately, MXLocker only responds publicly and ignores individual inquiries. It feels like they are deliberately stalling for no clear reason.
This treatment of users is unacceptable. If you value your money and peace of mind, I strongly advise against using MXLocker. You simply cannot trust this platform to operate reliably or fairly.

My Account Was Blocked Without Reason — Terrible Experience!
My account on MXLocker was blocked without any explanation, and the entire balance of $3,500 became inaccessible. This was completely unexpected and extremely frustrating.
I tried contacting their support for over a week, but my messages were ignored. When they finally responded, I provided a government-issued document to verify my identity (issued by the U.S. government), but they claimed it was "not genuine." This is absolutely ridiculous, considering it’s an official document.
This kind of injustice and complete disregard for their customers makes this platform highly unreliable. MXLocker has proven itself to be a company that cannot be trusted.
I strongly advise against using this platform for selling or holding your funds. If you value your money and time, stay far away from MXLocker.

MXLocker, please restore my account or return my money! I followed all the rules, provided all the requested documents, but my account was blocked without any explanation, and my funds are being withheld. This is unfair and destroys trust.

MXLocker stole money from my friend and deletes reviews
My friend had a terrible experience with MXLocker, and I can’t stay silent about it. He ended up with neither his money nor his goods after trusting this platform. He provided all the requested documents and strictly followed all the rules, yet MXLocker withheld $1,150—a significant amount of money that was crucial for him.
They restricted his account, blocked him from withdrawing his funds, and ignored his questions. Instead of real answers, he only receives generic responses and repeated requests for the same documents over and over again. This is unfair, outrageous, and a blatant violation of ethical business practices.
To make matters worse, MXLocker acts dishonestly even on Trustpilot by deleting negative reviews to hide their poor reputation. This clearly shows they are engaging in unethical practices and undermines customer trust entirely.
My friend demands an immediate refund of his money. If this issue is not resolved, he plans to take legal action and file complaints with regulatory authorities. He also wishes to speak with the company’s management to address this disgraceful situation directly.
MXLocker, stop ignoring your customers, return the money, and stop covering up the truth by deleting reviews. Honest business is not built on such actions. I hope you do the right thing and resolve this matter fairly and peacefully.
