My experience may not be typical, but I purchased a fuel pump for may dirt bike based on the photograph and description on the website. However, the part shipped was not the same as what was described and I requested a return. I had to supply photos from the ordern and of the part shipped before they'd authorize the return. I returned the part, only to be informed by MX that the Seller said what I had shipped back was used. The part was shipped back in the exact same condition that it was received in. The customer service is abhorrent, fallaciously accusing a customer of returning a used part is despicable. I left a review on their website and it was promptly taken down. I settled my dispute with my credit card company who issued a full refund. Ordered a Honda rebel petrol tank. They sent me a Honda seat unit instead. I messaged them and they just said return the seat unit and they will send petrol tank. I returned the seat unit, it cost me £64. They did not send me the petrol tank. Very unhappy and out of pocket

I have ordered a dirt bike pant 17 days ago, I haven't received yet, USPS shows tracking invalid or not available. This site sucks

My experience with mx locker has been nothing but horrible. I have done everything they asked in order to get a refund and have yet to recieve a refund from them. This has been over a week and I have yet to get anything back from them. I have used there messaging system and that has gotten me no where. I don’t recommend this site to anyone

It’s definitely a buyers market. They take an absolute outrageous chunk out of your profit when you sell through them and then when stuff you sell lands and they like it your funds are available and they wanna charge another 2% for a processing fee. Mx locker sucks so find a Facebook page where you can sell your stuff and not give this company anything.

Avoid MX Locker. This company took my money and sent me a faulty fuel pump. What followed was months of delays, excuses, and a clear attempt to drag the process out until I gave up. I stayed persistent because their behavior was unethical and wrong. After finally approving the return, I sent the faulty part back exactly as instructed. Once they received it, they changed their story. They claimed the part was not the same item I purchased and then said the post office pushed in the top of the box, making me ineligible for a refund. The part was the same and any minor damage to the box was clearly caused during shipping. In the end, MX Locker kept the faulty product and refused to return my money, despite their own return policy clearly allowing a refund. The only reason I ever got my money back was by disputing the charge through my bank. Once the bank reviewed the situation, they immediately refunded me, which speaks volumes. It should not take a legal financial dispute to get a company to do the right thing. This was not a simple mistake. It was a pattern of stalling, shifting blame, and refusing to take responsibility for a defective product. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from MX Locker. If something goes wrong, expect a long fight to get your money back.

they were selling a set of motocross pants and jersey. then they sent me an email saying I didn't buy the jersey what size would I want? The ad said a kids set which means pants and shirt. however they want a double payment. would not recommend.
