I ordered a 12 volt 200 watts dc submersible heater and they send me a 24 volts 600 watts one, this is stupid. know i have to pay for more shipping and handling to get my money back, i will advise you that unless you live near their location, don't bother to buy from them, their fulfillment and shipping department sucks.

Elias, We're very sorry we did not meet your expectation. We sent you the upgraded 24 volt unit that would work seamlessly in your 12 volt system in an effort to fulfill your order in a more timely fashion. -Crystal
