The buying experience was great. No issues. Product arrived within a week. The product itself...not as good as the buying experience. Product was very poorly constructed. It appears to work, but the inner workings were not connected to the housing. Who uses hot glue on polycarb and expects it to stick? Plus the tiny screws came out. Called Brad to verify parallel connection to three 100 watt panels for no battery pond aireation.. He said to connect in series, I did and inverter does not function. Directions on your web site say do not connnect in series. I sent photos and email to Brand with explanation 2 weeks ago. No response. Ordered another inverter. I want to return faulty inverter for full refund. I am still anticipating purchase another complete 300 watt system.
