Top Products ; Great experienced Off Grid Tech
I gave 4 out of five because MW&S has had a high turn over rate. I had 4 different techs advising me 4 different ways in less than a year. The Owner retired and his Daughter took over but she lives out of state and cant reach either of them when need arises. The products are top quality and there is a new Tech on board who is very much into his job there. He is a fellow OffGridder and takes his job there at MW&S above and beyond! He stays with me after 5:00 pm on the phone if is needed. I cant say enough about about MW&S products and their new off grid employee. They are worth every penny and the actual store, alone, is worth the 6 hour drive to see.

Matthew – I’m sorry we fell a star short but we’re working hard to do better. While I do live every other week in Missouri, I am very lucky to have a great staff, particularly a great General Manager, David McDaris. If you have any issues in the future that you feel require my attention and it’s the week I am not at Missouri Wind and Solar, please ask to speak with him as he has my full confidence and authority. And I absolutely agree with you – Sam is one of our best salesmen and a very experienced off-gridder. We’re incredibly lucky to have him! -Crystal
