The product was quality designed and made. And it looks great too. I have 2 issues: 1. There are no instructions incuded. There are videos online but they are simplistic and dont tell you everything you need to know. 2. It it very difficult to get replacement hardware parts. If you can get them, you have to order more than you need.

Love, love, love the finished product! The plan from the engineers was a big help, however one of the parts I ordered, as per the engineer's plan, was incorrect and I was unable to get a full refund, even though they recommended that I purchase the item. There are numerous videos to watch, very helpful. Wish the videos were in some kind of order, instead of splattered across their site. Otherwise, absolutely love the black cable railings! It is so much better than my previous wood railings, no comparison and the invisible fittings are the finishing touches!
