I like the quality of the product line and has a rich look . But when you need just one part you have to buy a full kit . Thats hard to swallow . The distributor needs to stock parts . But just dont make a mistake . Your support people do a great job ! Thanks

The cables were a little hard to cut with regular tools, but that's a good thing. Just get their wire cutters. some of the measuring of actual length was tricky, but after my first few, I started to see where I could adjust my cuts. I ordered the wrong part, and they replaced it immediately, their customer service was very good. As for products, I designed, welded and powder coated my own posts, and cut my own hand rail from wood. The technical information they offer on the site was comprehensive enough for me to model and order my posts correctly. I would use Muzata again without a doubt.

Had exactly what we needed

I took up Muzata's free offer to lay out and design a fairly large deck. I worked with Nico who was absolutely relentless in staying with me for at least a dozen emails and phone calls until the job was perfect. This was for a new home so all the parts went into storage until I was ready to install. A year later on the install I realized I had 5 posts ($625) that needed three holes instead of two holes drilled in them. Brandon at Muzata told me these post were beyond the 30 day return policy and could not be returned to Amazon. Then - He sent me 5 post at no charge to make it right. The hallmark of a good service company is not just how good they can be up front, but how they deal with a problem afterwards. 5 STARS all they way for Muzata!
