Tech support has been much better than…
Tech support has been much better than expected. Brandon has been quick to answer and give me real solutions. I must say that the little brackets that the channel trim is supposed to snap into are worthless. The channel trim and the covers are just fine, but don’t use the clips. you’re better off using a flathead self tapper to keep a smooth surface on the channel trim. In addition, the LEDs do not come with a double sticky tape, Such as 3M 5952. You really must have some adhesive to put these LEDs inside of these channel strips. This was an added cost. I realized I that the 3M tape is something that keeps their prices appearing low. I think Brandon is fantastic. I think their installation instructions could use some improvement.
