I came across Muzata cable system while researching products for our remodel. I like the many options that they provided and the model look they had. From the beginning, the process was super easy. I sent them pictures and measurements and they design team went to work. Soon they came up with a design to review. They were super patient with us as we made one change after another and looked at different options to tackle a tricky curved staircase. Kiri was the the best. She worked with us until we were satisfied with the results. A modern, versatile, and reasonably priced system. Shipping and delivery were fast. Even after the sale, they continue to answer questions promptly. I will definitely contact them again for my next project.

The Muzata Design Team created and provided clear CAD drawings with accurate dimensions that eliminated mistakes that I could have made if I did it on my own which also eliminated mistakes I may have made on my own which would ultimately end up with an order of incorrect pieces. The Muzata Design Team is also very responsive to any questions you may have. I highly recommend using the Muzata Design Team.

Great product. I can't say enough good things about this company! Their customer service was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. We had a challenging project with several design hurdles, however, their design expertise and attention to detail were invaluable. Every question was answered quickly, and It's rare to find a company that combines skill, professionalism, and customer care at this level. For over 50 years I’ve been assembling things — you name it. I honestly can’t remember the last time a company provided extra parts. That kind of thoughtfulness speaks volumes about the way this company operates. Highly recommend!

After speaking with representatives from each company, Muzata quickly stood out as our top choice. Their team was not only the most courteous and attentive, but also genuinely committed to finding the best solution for our needs while keeping our budget in mind. Muzata worked tirelessly on the stair design and successfully managed to fit floating stairs into a very limited space—something Paragon Stairs engineers claimed was only possible if we removed walls. Meanwhile, Viewrail provided no design and sent us a quote of $43,000—triple the price advertised on their website—without any explanation, despite multiple emails and calls. Muzata, on the other hand, guided us patiently through every step of the process, from selecting materials and finishes to answering every question with care. Their customer service is simply outstanding. William, who managed our project, was always prompt, responsive, and kept us updated on shipping and delivery. Installation was the most challenging part, but none of the manufacturers on the market offer their own installation services. However, whenever we needed guidance, Muzata was there with clear instructions and technical support. William regularly checked in to ensure everything was progressing smoothly and was always ready to help. The final result far exceeded our expectations. The stairs are stunning—modern, sleek, and incredibly comfortable. The materials are top-notch, and the wood is absolutely beautiful. One of the standout features is the stainless-steel cable railing system—unsurprising, given Muzata’s long-standing reputation as a leader in cable railings. When the installation was completed and I mentioned to William that the corner joints of the railing could look smoother, Muzata went above and beyond by shipping us elegant stainless-steel seam covers at no extra cost. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is unmatched. Overall, my experience with Muzata was exceptional. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and supported by a team that truly cares. I wholeheartedly recommend Muzata to anyone considering floating stairs for their home—and based on my experience, I would strongly advise against using other manufacturers.

Muzata cable railings is an excellent product with numerous components to meet any project needs. Recently I had to make a return and Brandon in the customer service department made the experience super easy. Muzata makes great railings products. Easy to use, install and great longevity. Product is stocked locally and always ships fast. I usually get large orders in one or 2 days. Customer service is always responsive should you need any assistance. Scott
