Outstanding customer service!
Their website and products are terrific but what I found esp amazing was the fact that an incredibly helpful rep (Brandon) contacted me when I ordered parts that I mistakenly thought would work for something I bought from them in a completely different order months earlier. He reached out and said these won’t work together but this other item will, would I like to switch them out? Most places would have sent me the items I ordered leaving me frustrated when they arrived and don’t work together but Brandon saw the issue, suggested a solution, and saved me time and a big headache. Really appreciated! Great customer service and keep up the amazing work Brandon!
