Severe Deficiencies in Support SLAs, Account Management, and Platform Flexibility
Based on our direct experience, our engagement with Muvi.com has been characterized by consistent communication failures, opaque billing practices, and a concerning lack of professionalism. I strongly advise businesses to carefully evaluate this vendor against the following operational realities before signing a contract. Chronic Communication and SLA Failures The most critical issue is the vendor's inability to adhere to basic communication standards. Support consistently breaches the contractually obligated 48-hour response Service Level Agreement (SLA). Furthermore, account representatives have failed to attend scheduled meetings on time and routinely neglect to send promised follow-up documentation, resulting in severe project delays. Unprepared Account Management There is a distinct disconnect between the vendor's team and their clients' actual agreements. In direct consultations, their representatives lacked foundational knowledge of our contract, at one point being completely unaware that mobile apps were already included in our service package. This lack of preparation wastes time and erodes trust. Opaque and Inefficient Pricing Requesting project estimations is a highly inefficient process. It took two weeks to receive a pricing estimate for an addition to our service, which ultimately resulted in an unexplained, seemingly arbitrary quote of $14,000. No itemized justification or breakdown of this cost was provided, reflecting very poor commercial transparency. Technical Inflexibility From a product standpoint, the platform proved far too rigid for specific media needs. We required an audio-focused application, but the platform's architecture mandated the inclusion of visual assets, which severely degraded the user interface. When we requested that the image requirements be removed, their development team dismissed the task as "too much work," offering zero viable technical workarounds to accommodate the client's needs. Conclusion If your business requires reliable support, transparent pricing, and a flexible technical team, Muvi.com fails to meet those baseline professional standards. Please, stay as far as you can from this platform

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, for context, this review reflects a mismatch between the services subscribed to and the level of support, customization, and turnaround expected. Your account was subscribed to Muvi’s Standard plan, which is designed for standard platform usage and does not include enterprise SLA commitments, expedited turnaround times, or custom development support. A significant portion of the concerns raised here relate to requests for customizations, implementation changes, and support expectations that fall outside the scope of the Standard plan. These requests were reviewed, and where applicable, upgrade and paid customization paths were shared. These were not accepted, while the same deliverables were still expected within the existing plan. Similarly, mobile apps were included in your package, but deployment could not proceed because the required app submission inputs were not completed by your team. We fully respect your right to share your experience. However, it is important for prospective customers to distinguish between a failure to deliver contracted scope and dissatisfaction arising from requests beyond the scope of the subscribed plan. Our team remains available should you wish to resolve this constructively through the appropriate support and account channels.
