I didn't buy any expensive hardware to launch. They provide you smooth set up and they are very transparent about what you get. I highly recommend Muvi for anyone who wants to start an OTT or FAST channel without any tech team.

Easy to use, ready-to-use templates and indeed a great support team who has always been kind to me in every requests & in resolving any concerns raised so far. The primary reason for going with Muvi was for a micro-drama app that could have the capability of managing high traffic. The setup and launch has been seamlessly well. Appreciate the on-time and quick actions on our requests so far. I would highly recommend this platform to people who want to scale further with a ready-to-launch product, without much complexities in setup.

0/10 Do Not Recommend this company at any capacity. I have spent over $800 on their platform and have not received the services that they “provide”. Customer service reps are rude and the support team doesn’t care for client concerns. They just want your monthly subscriptions and they don’t care about the services that they are supposed to offer you after that. I have requested my refund from them several times and now I am disputing with my bank and filing a police report.

Wanted a solution for vertical player short content but everywhere they sent me a initial setup cost ($3000-$5000) and timeline of 4-6 weeks. Muvi was the only one that had all the required feature set we needed including the shorts player with coin-based monetisation in-built. Very happy with the end product developed.
