A great choice of Frames, better than I've seen in any retail store in Australia. A wonderful website and you are able to try on the glasses online-incredible. Great service, quick as well, can't wait to order more. I'm a bit obsessed!

Dear Haley, We are very glad to receive your feedback, you spent $18.08 (including $6.95 shipping fee, you actually paid $11) to buy two pairs of Queena, many customers love Queena, it is very light , very comfortable to wear, we understand that everyone's standards are different, but we just don't think it's fair to us, even it's from product quality or customer service, we deserve a better one, and the package was sent on March 15th, delivered on April 5th, it only take 14 business days, which did not exceed the standard shipping time in our policy--It will take 8-16 businss days,but anyway, thank you for your feedback.

This is my 4th pair of glasses from you and I LOVE THEM! I get compliments ALL the time on my frames and the quality is awesome! The lenses are nice and easy to clean. I have no issues with the Prescription being fuzzy or wavy. I also got prescription sunglasses also love them! I WILL be ordering again!

Dear Linley, thank you for your feedback, our website pictures are almost the same as the delivery glasses, the only difference is the light, because we will take beautiful pictures to show on our website, the light from the camera is very strong, but in reality we see the glasses will not be exposed to the bright light like a camera, when you raise your glasses to face the sun, you will find that the color is exactly the same,anyway,thank you so much.
