I was able to attach a picture of my prescription to the order and my glasses came just in time as my old glasses broke. It is the first time in 20 years I've been able to have sunglasses that I can see out of and I got 4 pairs of glasses for $100 which is way cheaper than getting them from my eye doctor.

UPDATE....After editing my review I was contacted via email and text asking what exactly I wanted. I responded and was sent the following reply..."Hello, first of all, we insist that we can only refund 18 dollars, metallic green is no problem, second, we don't care about your one-star review, so you decide that to accept 18 dollars refund or not , thank you" This is how they treat their customers. BEWARE!! Wish I coukd give zero stars! EDITED....As you can see from their response, their customer service is top notch!! I asked for a 50% refund on the 2 pairs that were described incorrectly to resolve the problem. I didn't ask for a free order. You should stand by your product. It's sad that it takes a bad review to get a response from them. Maybe they could respond to the email I sent instead. Order from somewhere else and save your money. Two of the pairs I ordered are not as described on their website. I asked for a refund, as their policy states no questions asked refund. I was given the run around and was told "you get what you see" and that "it isn't their problem". I asked for 50% refund, as their policy states on their site, and now they will not respond to my emails. Poor company and rude.

Hello Vicki, at the beginning, you asked us to refund 50% unconditionally, the reason is that it is ridiculous "metal green" instead of "green", but our website shows beautiful metal green, after we refuse, you can ask for less refund, we understand that you are not a real customer, but a blackmailer who wants to get the entire order for free, we only serve real customers, not bargain with you, if you think there is really a problem with our package, then please return back instead of wanting to get everything for free, it's not fair and we don't welcome such customers, thank you
