Excellent I was very happy with experience

I love my new glasses! I have ordered 8 pair so far (2 are in shipment right now). The prices are so great, I can have many different styles and colors for the price of what one pair would cost from my local optician. The quality is excellent and I'm very happy!

The products are great and at an amazing price. However shipping is very long. Update: Shipping was not as long as I had realised, I thought it had been longer. My bad!

I am so pleased with my glasses, The only thing was I received 2 out of the 3 I ordered with no explanation so I had to email to find out what I already figured that they were sent in 2 package's. It was really no big deal just would have been nice to have 1 of 2 packages on it. But great fast service!!!

I would give you less if possible. I STILL have not received glasses ordered in July. So disappointing. Will NEVER order from you again.

Love my new glasses! They’re a different shape from the cat eye shapes I’m used to, but they’re great for something totally different?

Updated: Was contacted by company and was offered a remake of glasses that I didn’t have an issue with. Why would I want two pair of the same glasses? The one pair in question clearly isn’t correct. They wanted me to pay to return them so they could check them. I KNOW I can’t read with them. Previous review: I ordered two pair of glasses. One pair is fine while the other one I cannot read out of (progressives). I've been emailing customer support with no resolution as of today. This has been ongoing for over a week now.
