NOT GOOD!
Ordered two pairs of glasses, submitted my prescription in hopes that this could be good deal. Had to wait over two weeks and when I finally received the glasses both of them are incorrect. I cannot see with neither one of them. Both pairs make me almost blind in my right eye and I can’t focus on anything while wearing the glasses. Wanted refund but they demand more money out of pocket for shipping in order for them to release my refund. Even tho they provided me with unusable glasses. After I raised concern over this they ghosted me and stopped replying to emails. I’ll have to report them as fraud to my credit card company in order to get my money back. 100% do not recommend. EDIT: This company keeps on suggesting that I’ve made a mistake while filling out prescription and PD information. I had to go back to my optician and I had my PD rechecked. It came out to 62 and I’ve filled out 63. So 1mm difference. The seller claims at their website that up to 2mm difference isn’t a problem. So please stop suggesting that I have somehow made a mistake.

Hello, as we said, customers like you are not the first one, the prescription looks correct, but the PD needs to be tested, we have an Australian customer who bought 5 pairs of progressive glasses all wrong, and the prescription is really correct, She insisted that everything was correct, but she sent us her old glasses, and the PD was 57 through testing, but she filled in 63, it's not that we don't want to solve the problem, it's that you didn't find the problem at all and said It's all our fault, it's not fair, we don't want to make any trouble, we're definitely willing to remake, just need you to test your PD again, thank you
