My glasses were first sent to Texas, I live in Colorado. The wonderful representative was sincerely apologetic and she made sure my glasses were sent to me super fast! I bought 2 pairs. Love them and so does my husband! Thank you! Will be buying more!!

They didn’t check my uploaded prescription and wouldn’t fix it! I have 6 pair of glasses I can’t wear. Told me they would fix 3 then said the ones I picked were out of stock now. But they still sale them online. Told me to mail them back for refund it cost as much to mail them back as it did to purchase them. Now they haven’t done anything at all to fix the situation! Customer service sucks! Now I have to buy new glasses again out of $88 from them! With NO GLASSES FROM THEM! I do not recommend them at all! Buyers BEWARE! There website states they check your uploaded doctors prescription! They failed to do so!

Sorry, you filled in the wrong prescription, so we absolutely sent three pairs for free, but you said no, we should send all, which is not in line with the company's policy. When the customer filled in the wrong RX, we will make half of the order for free, but not all. You submitted the case of PayPal, but PayPal thought we were correct, so returned the money back to us, we just want to tell everyone the truth, thank you

It took a little longer to get here than I thought, but the glasses are great and script was good. They apologized for how long it was taking. Over all I'm happy!

I like everything about the blue floral cat eye glasses. They’re perfect. The multicolored frames are very muted, not what I was expecting from the online picture. They are described as ”big” but are larger than I anticipated. Had to return the multicolored glasses.The website is well organized, and easy to use.
