The eyeglasses I ordered weren't right. They were messing up my vision. I emailed the company to let them know and they wanted to give me a $60 credit. Problem is with the sale bogo I would have to pay the amount over that and that is not a true replacement. I wrote them back with the glasses I want to replace the bad ones. I am waiting to hear back from you. I did hear back from them and they offered to give me a true replacement instead.. I'm looking forward to the new glasses arriving soon.. Thank you for your prompt response..

When I ordered and when I paid, I realized that the set I wanted for sunglasses what not being tinted, I emailed and text messaged and finally an email came back saying I couldn't change my order but they are inexpensive just order again, that was rude, and truly shocking attitude. Was NOT pleased 😠

Great experience! Prescription is perfect! I have a rather high prescription and bifocals and was a little skeptical, but I was absolutely proven wrong for my skepticism. Frames are beautiful and so far seem very sturdy. Well pleased. I will be a repeat customer.

I have had more complements on my glasses than I have ever!! Thanks for being the best!! UPDATE: I was contacted because my 1st review of MuukalOptical was not up to there standards and I was asked if I would remove it and replace it with a more positive review they would send out the glasses I had ordered with the correct measurements. So I was thrilled. I removed the 1st review and pu this one up. My mistake or rather their mistake was that they shipped the glasses to another address in another state. So here I am writing a still honest review but not so much in their favor. I have sent dozens of emails and still NO GLASSES. Caution, my take on these companies with POOR customer service or non existent customer service with no phone # to actually speak to a human beware or follow my lead and buy local so your community prospers not these companies that get in wrong more times than right. Money is too hard to come by and I will not take the risk ever again!

Delivered as expected and got a very good deal on my high prescription lens - the buy one get one free sale is awesome! The cheap frames have a really nice design and are the same quality as the shop, but as with all glasses, care is required. They arrive in a hard casing with a very handy screwdriver keyring. I’d say just make sure you double check all the details before processing. The website does glitch on the payment aswell, which did worry me abit, but I got the receipt off them when asked so their customer service is good too!

This company's customer service is phenomenal. Every question or concern I had, they ALWAYS responded and was very helpful in making sure I was satisfied. I totally recommend Muukal.

I received my glasses on March 6th and wore them 2 days before the frames broke. I’ve emailed their service department 3 times since then for return instructions and received absolutely NO response. I’m out not only the money I paid for my glasses, but my insurance will not cover another pair for 12 months. Very very poor experience. **Muukal did contact me and offered to replace my glasses free of charge.**
