First pair I got broke in a few different places, but the company reached out and replaced them for free. New frames are holding up much better.

I love my new glasses! The whole ordering process was super easy. There are so many different frames to choose from.

I was skeptical but ordered 3 pair for $119. I ended up paying $134 with tax and got every option. 1.74 index, blue light blocking, photochromatic, etc etc. They came in about 12 days and I received email updates along the way. I'm very surprised and very pleased. Highly recommend!!!!

They had what I’ve been desperately looking for. I couldn’t find the glasses I wanted anywhere and they had them, and the quality was better than expected at a great price, I will definitely by from them again.

This website was so easy to use, glasses were perfect, came in perfectly. I got progressive lenses, all coatings and one pair had the transitions. All came in correctly and I can see again! Price was amazing!

How help the staff was with my order

My glasses are way off. I have progressive lenses and cannot see up close at all. One pair I had made as sunglasses and those are the worst. I contacted customer service and they said that my lenses are correct, but the frames are too small for what I am used to. I sent a picture of myself in a pair the same size that I had from a few years ago, and they are fine other than the change in prescription. They said they would send me one pair close to the size of the frame I have now (they would choose them, so I wouldn't even know what they look like), or $60 refund (I paid $129) or I could return them at my expense for a refund. I researched the reviews before I purchased, but took a chance and now regret it. Added 10/5/23 - I have other glasses that I wore in the past that are the same size as the frames, as I sent pictures also, so it's not the frames, it's the lenses are not correct. Oh, and the only way I would get a refund of any kind, I had to delete my review.
