Wow, this sounded too good to be true. But it wasn’t, I love my glasses, they’re all beautiful and quality, and for the first time in a long time I feel like they’re affordable enough that I can buy more should I want to, I can’t say enough good things about my experience. So satisfied and grateful.

I'm pretty surprised with how accurate the glasses are with my prescription. I got the 3 pairs for $119, with the upgrades (thinnest lenses, transition for all three, and pretty extras), coming to a whopping $168. That cost beats my insurance coverage all day long. I was contacted early on about a error on my part, and it was corrected within the day. Once purchased then made, the time from their company to my house was 17 days total (factor in holiday shipping times for that number). Overall, I'm super happy with Muukal's efforts in making sure my glasses were done right the first time.

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses 1 pair had the bifocal line and the other didn't which is the one I ordered. I contacted customer service with no end result. They are rude and will not replace the wrong pair. Buyers beware of this company.

Your comment really made us angry. First of all, you didn't buy photochromic glasses. Glasses stickers can see everything clearly. You bought a pair of bifocal glasses with line and a pair of progressive glasses without line. You said you were unhappy because one pair of glasses with line and another without line, and you wanted to give us a bad review. We don't even know what we did wrong?? We only customize lenses according to your needs, so what do you really want from us??

I have been purchasing glasses on line for over 15 years.So when I give a five star review they deserve it.I found the craftsmanship of the glass top shelf.The frames were quality with some flare not just generic.The lens are among the best I have purchased and the price is beyond comparison.It took two weeks to arrive and I live in Canada.
