The website was great the service and fast and always updated. Only thing I would change is a better description on how your tints work.

I see very bad in the trees glasses very bad. And my husband to have problems with the glasses so I don’t things that have made my prescription wrong

I ordered 3 pairs for $119 with tint as I have light sensitivity from a Brain Injury. 2 of the pairs are perfect. One pair has the bifocal part correct but the distance portion above the bifocal is totally wrong.

Shipping was relatively quick so that was great and the glasses all work and the prescription is fantastic!!! No complaints :)

Ordered three pairs with progressive lenses. Provided a current prescription and proper pupil distance with my order. Received glasses. Vision is blurry through the top of the lenses, and distorted and blurry through the bottom of the lenses. Muukal customer service will not stand behind their incorrectly manufactured product. Their website states that in the event of a manufacturing error, they will replace the glasses, or issue a full credit. They offered me a 50% credit, and I pay all shipping expenses back to China to return the incorrectly manufactured glasses. Wow, I can either keep the glasses that are worthless, or return them for pennies on the dollar. Customer service is trying to tell me that I ordered frames that are too large. The frames I selected are exactly the same dimensions as my current glasses. Also, I went to Walmart Optical with the exact same prescription and DP, and received a new pair of glasses with progressive lenses in a frame exactly the same size, and they work perfectly! Moral of the story is: If it sounds too good to be true, it most often is. It is also a better idea to purchase eye glasses from a local optical outlet that can be trusted to provide glasses that are manufactured correctly. Calling my credit card service to dispute the Muukal purchase. Buyer's Beware!

My glasses fits perfectly, does not slip of my nose when I look down suddenly! Funkiest and most stylish glasses ever! Love it!!

Only received 2 out of 3 glasses. The prescription is all messed up on the glasses I did receive. I can't see anything out of them. What a total waste of money.

Delivery was quick. Prescription seems off. Tint not dark enough on sunglasses no mirror finish was available
