I am disappointed with the quality of the three pair of eyeglasses I recently purchased. They do not correct my vision properly at all. Instead of a progressive lens I have a sea of blur all the way down the lenses on all three. Such a waste of money.

I have about eight pairs of glasses. I've ordered from Muukal now. They are all high-quality and my prescription is correct in them. I'm so impressed with this company and how they can sell affordable glasses. I will never buy eyeglasses from a retail store again.

glasses came in quick especially considering how far they came from, prescription was correct and i've already gotten many compliments on them!

I do not usually write reviews, but this company deserves recognition for beyond outstanding customer service. When incorrect info bye was put on my order form resulted in the glasses (AMAZING PRICE & QUALITY) being way off for my vision. Once I realized the issue I contacted Muukal and they agreed to redo my glasses with a corrected script and knocked off a sizeable amount to help me out financially. What company does that!?!?!!! :) I was so floored with their treatment of me and my issue, I told my Son to order and heives his new pair!!!!

I have ordered glasses from this company twice. The first time no problems no issues. It takes a few weeks to receive your glasses but the price is reasonable. This time I received my order and two of the three pairs of glasses were incorrect. I have contacted the customer they told me that I would have to pay an additional $40 to have the lenses replaced. I make payments via PayPal so everything is recorded…. I ask Muukal to send me an invoice for the replacement lenses and they provided a link for their PayPal account the email had an invoice attachment so I S.E. the payment of $40 via PayPal however when I went back to the email I received and looked at the invoice that was attached it was the same invoice from my original order not an invoice for the replacement lenses. I had correspondence back-and-forth with this company repeatedly trying to get an invoice with my replacement lenses and they pretty much refused. So I opened the claim in PayPal to clarify and record my situation. I started getting emails then from the company, threatening that they would not work with me any further, if I did not close the PayPal claim, the PayPal representatives confirmed that muukal Had already received their payments both the original cost of $149 and the additional $40 payment to replace the lenses. Via email the Muukal representatives we’re telling me that their account was frozen and that they could not access the funds although I have already confirmed with PayPal that they received the funds for both payments. I’ve repeatedly and continued to work with them via the resolution center in PayPal, but they are now refusing and asking me to return the entire order to an address in China, which would cost me and additional $90 for the return shipment. Not sure really what to say but if they’re unwilling to work and unwilling to be honest, it’s not a company I wanna work with.

It was fast and easy I love the 3 for $119 best way to get glasses. I love them so much I ordered 3 more.
