My prescription seems to be off. The bifocal progressive is very blurry. I have ordered from other vendors. This has never happened. Same prescription.

So fast! I ordered The Buy 3 special offer. My prescription is for high index progressive lenses. They arrived in less than 1 week! The lenses are perfect and I am Very satisfied. 1 pair doesn’t sit well. I contacted Service just now and will edit my review after I hear From them. Heard from Customer Service- very satisfied with their offer Highly recommend!

If you want to go BLIND, this is the so called optical you choose! Customer service is HORRIBLE! BUYER BEWARE! Hygge has no customer service skills & his/her attitude was the worst as we went back and forth via email. Very disrespectful and rude! My vision is blurry in all 3 of the glasses I purchased. Hygge told me the frames I chose are too wide and I need to choose more narrow frames. So, why would you have those frames as an option for progressive lens? I had the glasses checked by my ophthalmologist and the prescription was incorrect but Muukal didn't want to hear that! This company is a scam! They don't want to refund all of your money nor will they provide a prepaid return label! I was given an address in China to return the glasses and I was told I'm responsible for shipping and customs duties fees for the U.S. and China. The label and tracking shows the package was shipped from Texas. SCAMMERS! Rude ass Hygge told me they would issue a partial refund and end this case! I wouldn't recommend this company at all! I should've listened to the reviews and I know most of these reviews are fake! Again, BUYER BEWARE!!!

I have used MuukalOptical before and was very pleased with the product, price, and service. I was just as happy with this purchase. The site is easy to use and my glasses are just as I ordered. I will continue to use MuukalOptical when I need eyewear.

I got all 3 pair they all look great, feel great and I can see so much better. I got all 3 pair for a fraction of what 1 pair would cost at Dr office.

So easy to place the order. My new glasses are beautiful and they arrived very quickly
