Frequent updates were great, but time sitting at shipper delayed the order. Frames(3) were vastly different sizes and qualities even though I thought I chose carefully. Lenses seem great, very clear and the progressive lenses are surprisingly good. Tint even seems good, though the sunglasses are not very dark. My biggest issue is the anti-glare coating, in which I can see reflections as I look through.

I've had several problems with the two pairs of glasses I ordered, part of it is on me for not doing my research, but the glasses themselves are low quality. My first problem, before even getting the glasses, really is on me--I did not realize these were coming from overseas. I paid extra for expedited shipping, expecting my glasses within 5-8 days of ordering. It was well over a month before I got them. When I received my glasses the pair I thought were translucent framed were definitely darker than anticipated. The marbled pair ended up being wrapped I believe and just looked cheap. The next problem I have is with the transition lenses I spent extra money on, hardly show many change to the tinting-definitely not sunglass level I was expecting. Now let's talk about the quality...within two months of having these glasses both have broken. The dark/translucent pair lost an arm/stick in the morning when putting them on-nothing aggressive. That afternoon, wearing the purple marble glasses I went to lean into my husbands chest and the arm/stick of that pair snapped in two-I barely touched my head to his chest, there should have been no reason for them to have snapped other than the fact they are very cheaply made.

Hello, you placed your order on January 27th, which happened to be the Lunar New Year. Customizing lenses would take about 5 days (with some delays). Your package was delivered on February 17th, and you chose advanced shipping instead of fast shipping. Additionally, you did not have any communication with us. Love my glasses but the sunglasses. I can't see with the sunglasses. I'm going to take off the bifocal on them.

I love all 3 frames, very light and good looking but the part which is for reading is too low a bit or not large enough like the glasses i got from a specialist. Just hope i will be able to adjust. The sunglasses are great.

"Express shipping" should not be over 2 weeks glasses feel flimsy too many promotional emails Reply response: I paid extra for express, ordered on the 10th, received on the 24th. Did not realize they were coming from China.
