The glasses are great. Delivery and customer service isn’t. Glasses came to my state only to leave my state and hit 2 others before coming back to my state again adding several days to deliver. Inquires via email resulted in stock or 1/2 answers. It was maddening! Hoped this would be my go to place for glasses but too many other options. Don’t think I’d order from here again. Pity.

I had never ordered glasses online before and thought it was a bit risky. But at $NZD200 for 3 pairs v $NZD1350 for 3 pairs at SpecSavers, it was worth the risk. Absolutely love them! Perfect vision, the cheaper frames/cases are more lightweight than my previous frames (much better for travelling), and the fit is perfect. So happy, I'm going to order more!!!!

I ordered 3 pairs of progressive eyeglasses, 2 pair with transition lenses. I ordered them with the same dimensions of glasses I already own. None of them fit my face and I can not see out of the Progressives at all. The only vision that is good is the distance. I have tried them several times, hoping my eyes will adjust but they don't. I have also tried bending them to fit better but it never stays bent. They just go back to where they started. And the 2 pair with the darkening lenses really never darken. I put them in the window in direct sun and they barely change. They seem like nice glasses, and I have ordered glasses on line before with great results from other companies, I just didn't get good results this time. And it just isn't worth sending them back for the 30 day guarantee just to get only 50% back.

Edit 2 - Emailed them again after a week of no contact. Got a reply. They said they would refund half , for an unusable product is not like I changed my mind I literally can't use them! Only IF I take down my review. At this point I see more value in leaving this up than getting half my money back. **Edit 1 - changed my rating to from 2 stars to 1 star as all communications to try and rectify the unusable glasses have ceased. They ask you to for your order number in their reply to your review then nothing happens as they use it against you to threaten and blackmail you into removing the review otherwise they won't help you. Received my glasses very quickly. The frames appear to be decent quality. Beyond that I can't give any more feedback. You see I can't actually use any of the 3 pairs of glasses I purchased and dealing with customer service is becoming a bit of a nightmare. I use multifocals the only way I can use any of the glasses I purchased is if I lift up and away from my nose. The short distance lens is too low on every pair. I was asked to provide my script. I have my script on email as that's how my optometrist sent it to me. So I forwarded the email. That stated a back and forth of 2 to 3 emails where they were asking for the paper copy. I eventually made them understand that me physically going into the opt and having him print on a piece of paper what he had sent me electronically was not going to change anything. I have been told it was my pd. Checked that. It's not. I have been told the frames I chose are too big for me. They are very similar in size to my current frames. In fact 1 pair is slightly smaller. 1 pair is exactly the same size and one is slightly larger. I feel like I am just going round in circles with customer service and their plan is to baffle you with BS to get out of actually rectifying the problem so you will just go away. I have ordered my glasses online before and they have been perfect. In fact the ones I am wearing now I ordered online and haven't had any issues.

I've been buying my varifocals from Muukal for a few years now and I've only ever had 1 issue, which was completely sorted out within a couple of days. The customer service is brilliant - even with the language barrier! The prices are phenomenally cheaper for varifocals than the UK High Street, and the frames are so much more funky than the boring ones that I see in other online stores and the High St opticians. I always get good comments about my specs and questioned on where I get them from! Muukal haven't let me down yet...

Love the frames, great quality, and so fashionable! The only bad thing…the prescription is slightly off and I’m getting a lot of blur, so I can only wear these for maybe 30-45 minutes before they start to give me a headache. Trina
