This is the first time I ordered glasses from Muukal. I was very skeptical because of the excellent price on 3 pairs. I tool a chance and ordered my prescription glasses, and they arrived yesterday. I am very pleased. Glasses look great, the prescription lenses were exactly what was expected, and they were delivered within the promised window. Will definitely order my next glasses from here.

I am still waiting for my third pair but the two I received are great! I have a fairly complex progressive prescription and the glasses are perfect! I opted for transition lenses and they function great for sunny days! Finally, the prices are amazing!!! Definitely will be buying more!

Selection is great…..lenses are perfect each time.

Edited- not sure why they want me to send them photos or the prescription. I don’t like the quality of the glasses nor the way they look on me so I am not satisfied. Therefore I would like a refund. Their customer service combative as you can see from the response below. TERRIBLE RETURN POLICY / CUSTOMER SERVICE. Despite the claim of 100% satisfaction guarantee and 30 days refund / returns, the company refuses to acknowledge my dissatisfaction with the pairs I ordered. They refuse to refund, and require that I pay return shipping and customs back to China. Otherwise they are offering a 50% refund, which is NOT in line with what they advertise. Misleading and completely deceptive. Plus the responses from Customer Service are rude and do not address my concerns. Please go to Zenni or Eyebuydirect or Vision Direct. Anywhere else but here. This is the second time I’ve ordered glasses from MuukalOptical. I was pleased with the glasses, the first time, and I am pleased with the ones that I ordered the second time. They have a wide range of frames and their prices can’t be beat. Delivery was on time and as expected and I appreciated being kept in the loop from beginning to end.

The choice of frames was wonderful for me as I have a flat bridge. As a senior, the price was wonderful. One pair frames is a bit flimsy compared to the other, but I am careful on frames and I hope they will be ok. The wait time was quite long is the only other thing that could be improved.

This is the second time getting my glasses here and I can't fault them .3 pairs of varifocals with ultra thin lenses and also transitions+very stylish frames for £135 what's not to like .I'd also like to add that the prescription was spot on no complaints from me would highly recommend.
