I have bought 4 pairs of glasses from this company. I really like the ones I ordered for my self but they are easy prescriptions. I ordered a pair for my husband and he can't see out of them. I ordered a pair from a different company and he loves them. I contact your company to resolve this and you want pictures with his old glasses and new glasses. Not sure what this is going to do since they are different prescriptions. So this is your way of not fixing the problem. I will not order another pair for either of us if you can't fix this issue. The glasses were just as advertised. The prescriptions were perfectly filled. They arrived within two weeks. I was very pleased.

The glasses fit and look great. However, in one pair, one side, the bifocal is crooked. I can still use them, but still is tilted different.

The glasses are very high quality, better than the other online stores I have used. The glasses are sturdy, lenses thinner than others, and felt great right out of the box with almost no adjustments. Shipping took a while, but that is the fault of the USPS and not the company.
