Terrible Quality, Bad Customer Service
Muukal has great prices and cute styles. However the quality and customer service is severely lacking. I've gotten 4 pairs off muukal and 3 of them have broken after just a few months. I ordered 2 pairs of the Prunus frame and both frames cracked while I was working on my laptop. They were not dropped or damaged previously. The other pair that broke had the arm fall off. The threaded hole that carries the screw was stripped so it wouldn't hold a screw anymore. I had to superglue the arm back in place and they are very fragile. Muukal customer service was less than helpful and the warranty is basically nonexistent. They also won't publish my negative reviews and they delete my comments on social media. Shipping is also very very slow. Don't waste your money. Spend a little more to get long-lasting quality frames. EDIT: See response below for their excellent professional "customer service" deflecting from the quality problems discussed above.

Sorry, are you serious? At the beginning, you chose photochromic glasses and said you wanted sunglasses. We sent a new pair of sunglasses for free. This is an order from June 2024.
